How to connect RDP.
Install Microsoft Remote Desktop Client. Open it and fill in the server IP and password, which you can find on the dashboard. Hit connect now
RDP is not working or connecting.
If it isn’t working, it could be due to one of these reasons.
- Remote access to the server is not enabled.
You have been added to the server. So you’ve got your password. But you don’t have permission to access it. Generally, when we add any user to our server, we generate a password and enable access permission at the same time. After that, we notify them via email. - The remote computer is turned off.
There might be ongoing server maintenance. We notify you through our Telegram channel. - The remote computer is not available on the network.
